I'm Minh Pham. I help small businesses stop doing repetitive work by hand.
If someone on your team spends hours every week copying data between apps, chasing invoices, or updating spreadsheets — that's the kind of problem I solve. I've been building software for seven years, and MPStudio is how I put that experience to work for smaller teams.
Most of my clients have 10–100 people. They already use Shopify, QuickBooks, Google Sheets, HubSpot — tools that work fine on their own. The problem is they don't talk to each other. So someone ends up being the human glue, copying data between them every day. That's expensive, boring, and it breaks.
What I do
I make the software your business already uses work together. Your accounting talks to your sales platform. Your inventory updates everywhere at once. The stuff your team does by hand every morning — it just runs.
You don't need to buy new software. You don't need to change how your team works. I work with what you already have.
Each client gets their own system, completely separate from everyone else's. Your data stays under your control. If we stop working together, everything is clean to hand off.
Work
Hy An sells across Facebook, TikTok Shop, and Shopee via Pancake POS. Their Excel spreadsheet was double-counting internal transfers as revenue. I rebuilt their financial tracking in Google Sheets with automated Pancake sync via n8n.
Pricing
Setup is a one-time cost. Maintenance is billed upfront for the period.
