Question 01

Do we have to change the tools we already use?

Not at all. Your team keeps using whatever they use now. We just connect things behind the scenes so data flows on its own. Nobody has to learn anything new.

Question 02

We are not very technical. Is that okay?

Absolutely. Most of our clients are not technical, and that is completely fine. We handle all the technical work and explain everything in plain language. You do not need to understand how it works to benefit from it.

Question 03

How is this different from automation tools that have been around for years?

Traditional automation follows rigid if-then rules. AI reads context and handles what a rulebook cannot: free-text messages, unfamiliar documents, and cases that used to always need a human to look at them.

How is this different from building custom software?

Custom software takes months, costs tens of thousands, and needs ongoing development. What we do is different. We connect the tools you already have, which is faster, more affordable, and much easier to adjust when your needs change.

Question 05

What happens if something breaks?

That is what the maintenance plan is for. We monitor your system and fix issues as they come up, usually before your team even notices. If an app updates or a connection changes, we take care of it.

Question 06

How long does a project take?

A single automation typically takes about a week. A package of five takes three to four weeks. You do not need to have everything planned upfront. We can start small and expand from there.

Question 07

What if we outgrow this and need something more custom?

That is a great position to be in. By that point, you will have clean data, documented processes, and a clear understanding of what you actually need. That is a much better starting point for any future investment than most businesses get.

Question 08

Do we own what you build?

Yes. Once paid in full, the workflows we build for you are yours. By default we host and run them for you, but if you ever want a full handover, we transfer everything to your own infrastructure. You are never locked in.
