Minh Pham's father-in-law runs a distribution company. Like most small business owners, he did not have a technical person he could trust. Custom software was too expensive and took too long. Off-the-shelf tools worked for the basics, but they were generic. They never quite fit the way his business actually operated day to day.
Minh helped him. Then he helped a friend. Then another.
A small studio, and we intend to keep it that way.
We take on a few clients at a time and give each one real attention. We are selective about who we work with, not because we want to seem exclusive, but because we want to do genuinely good work for every client we take on.
Our ideal clients are businesses with 10 to 100 people. If your company is larger than that, you would likely be better served by a larger agency with more capacity, and we are happy to say that honestly.
We believe in reasonable pricing, real value, and long-term relationships. If we are not the right fit for your project, we will tell you upfront so we can both spend our time well.

Minh is a software engineer with seven years of experience, educated in Finland and based in Hanoi, Vietnam. He has worked across multiple startups in Vietnam, including a Series B funded platform backed by over fifty million dollars in investment, where he helped build products used by Fortune 500 companies like Target and Tesco.
